The Glasser Pain Relief Center is 100% perfect in every way. I was was kept in toturous pain by a large medical practice that had me booked almost a month out as they could not fit me in to have another epidural sooner. I called the Glaser Pain Relief Center as they were mentioned to me by a friend. I was given an appointment and once I arrived there, I didn't have a long lobby wait (at the large medical practice, waiting 1/2 hour or more was the usual). Dr. Zheng came in and described how the procedure would be done and replied to all my questions (at the large medical practice I only spoke with a PA and didn't see the doctor until 10 minutes prior to the 1st procedure). With Dr. Zheng, I was booked for the procedure within a few days of the appointment (at the large medical practice after the 1st procedure didn't work, they wouldn't book me until Oct. 14th, knowing I had to endure 5 weeks of pain and I couldn't sleep at night as the pain was very bad). Pain was Dr. Zheng's concern. I can go on and on how much I appreciate all that the Glaser Pain Relief Center has done. They are the best!!!

Dr Zheng is never in a rush to go to next patient as most other drs. do. He is patient and explains everything to you so you can understand it. I highly recommend him to all

Very organized and through intake by associates Dr Glaser went through my history then inquired about my current conditions and concerns He evaluated the information and then Created a plan for care which included Both medication and PT. Also scheduled Follow up evaluation appointments

I highly recommend Dr. Glaser and his team to anyone who is looking for the very best in pain management. He is always professional, kind, and he is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Zheng was professional, clear, and caring. That's what I always want in a doctor whom I choose, knowing that he/she cares about me as a human being, not as a number or "just" a patient. He explained to me what was going on in my lower back and neck and gave me some pain relief options, which are now working, so I'm grateful for that. Everyone in the office is also professional, caring, and friendly. You don't often get that in doctors' offices.

Dr. Glaser took time to really listen and asked thoughtful questions and he was very knowledgeable. I felt like a good friend is treating me and I didn’t feel rushed or anything, and he explained everything clearly, causes and treatment options in a way that made sense. I left with a clear plan and a follow-up appointment. Overall, a very reassuring experience.
The staff were welcoming, and the office was clean, organized and extremely helpful.
I highly recommend him.
